bonded fabric that we developed for the case used, it includes three layers,1.upper side, velcro fabric, with soft brush,stronger sticking 2.mid,sponge fabric grey color 3.backside: 100% polyester fabric with soft touch.. advantage,  good strength, durability and resistance to wrinkles and shrinking. This type of fabric is knitted in a specific pattern that creates a soft pile on the surface of the fabric, giving it a velvety texture. In addition, the fabric is backed with a layer of sponge material that provides additional cushioning and insulation. and the function include the fire resist ,velcor effect.

2)How to make the order case fabris

a. Iusse the po sheet with detail quantity for each color

b.we will send the PI  to the customer for confirm

c. customer arrange the deposit and we will start to make the fabric

d. we send the shipment samples beofor shipment

e. make the booking and send the shipment schedule

f. after get the balance payment, we will send the original document to the customer

3).How the control the quality of the case fabric

a.when we do the dyinge process, we check the color under the light D65

b.when do the finishing setting, we had the inspector to check the weight and color, quality

c. before shipment, we inspect the roll again.

D. we had the o-tex certification from dyeing house, we also had the test result for this kinds of material.
