Mechanism Of Crease
In single-sided fabric structure, the tension of yarns on both sides is not symmetrical, and it is difficult to recover after long time one-way folding of fabrics, so it is more likely to have creasing problems in various structures such as plain weave and jersey, especially concentrated in fabrics with less or larger grammage weight. Creasing is also very much related to yarn count and twist, the younger the yarn count and the higher the twist, the greater the possibility of reverse twisting of the yarn, the more likely to have creasing problems.
