The fiber fineness of 0.4 μm in diameter is only 1/10 of that of silk. High water absorption: The microfibre adopts the orange flap technology to divide the filament into eight lobes, so that the fiber surface area increases, the pores in the fabric increase, and the water absorption effect is enhanced by the capillary wicking effect. Rapid water absorption and rapid drying become its distinguishing features.



Strong detergency: Microfiber fineness of 0.4μm in diameter is only 1/10 of silk, and its special cross-section can more effectively capture dust particles as small as a few microns. Decontamination and degreasing are very effective.



No hair removal: High-strength synthetic filaments are not easy to break. At the same time, the fine weaving method is adopted, and the fibers are not easy to fall off from the surface of the towel without spinning or detaching. It is used to clean wipes and wipes. It is especially suitable for cleaning bright paint surfaces, plating surfaces, glass, instruments, and LCD screens. In the process of automotive film cleaning, it can achieve very good filming effects.



Long lifespan: Due to its high strength and toughness, ultra-fine fibers have a service life that is more than four times the service life of ordinary towels. It remains invariant after multiple washings. At the same time, the polymer fiber does not produce protein like cotton fibers. Hydrolyzed, even if not used after drying, it will not be moldy, rot, and has a long life.



Easy to clean: When the ordinary towel is used, especially the natural fiber towel, the dust, grease, dirt, etc. on the surface of the wipe will be directly absorbed into the fiber. After use, it will remain in the fiber and will not be easily removed. After a long time even It will become harder and lose its elasticity, affecting its use. The microfiber towel absorbs dirt from the fibers (instead of from the fibers), and has high fiber densities and high densities. Therefore, the absorbent capacity is strong, and it can be cleaned with water or a little detergent after use.



No color change: The dyeing process uses TF-215 dyeing agents for ultra-fine fiber materials. The dyeing retardance, migration dyeability, high temperature dispersibility, and achromaticity indexes all meet the strict standards for exporting to the international market, in particular, they do not fade. The advantages are that it will not cause the trouble of decolorization pollution when cleaning the surface of the article.
