The dyeing process of the suede fabric produced by polyester super fine fiber is much more difficult than that of ordinary polyester fabric.Because of the large surface area of ultrafine fiber, it has remarkable characteristics in dyeing speed, evenness, repeatability and color fastness.Ultrafine fiber has small size, large surface area, fast adsorption of dyes and slow diffusion, so the evenness is poor.The optical reflectance of ultrafine fibers is large, and the amount of dye is more than 30% higher than that of ordinary fibers to achieve the same depth of color.The sun fastness, sublimation fastness and abrasion fastness of ultrafine fiber fabric are all decreased compared with conventional synthetic fiber.Its sublimation fastness is usually reduced by 1-2 steps.

Dyeing editor

Because polyester super fine suede fabric is relatively light and thin, and considering the product's hand feeling effect, high temperature and high pressure overflow jet dyeing machine is usually used for dyeing production.In addition, such as sea island polyester superfine fibre suede fabric dyeing is much bigger than a normal difficulty of synthetic fiber fabric dyeing, superfine fiber specific surface area is large, the dyeing rate, levelness and reproducibility, color fastness, etc have their distinctive features.That is to say, the specific surface area of ultrafine fiber is large, the adsorption dye is fast, the diffusion speed is slow, the evenness is poor;The reflectance of ultrafine fiber is large, and the color of the same depth of dyeing must be more than 2.5 to 3 percent higher than that of ordinary polyester fiber.The color fastness of ultrafine fiber is worse than that of conventional polyester fiber, and its fastness to sublimation is about 1-2 grades lower.Reducing cleaning helps improve color fastness.

Reductive cleaning after the fabric, the dehydration of whole cloth pad and organic silicon softener, under the temperature of 140 ℃ drying setting, in order to ensure product suede style, fabric after setting a slight grinding hair, and then test the packaging warehousing.Therefore, in order to control the color difference effectively, the chemical dosage, temperature, bath ratio, cloth speed and other technological parameters must be strictly controlled in the process of desizing, scouring, opening and dyeing of the fabric.Setting temperature must also be control under 160 ℃.
